I designed these for MJ back when she was regularly going to the gym. Pretty basic stuff, but the idea wasn't to impress so much as it was to motivate.

There's actually a story behind the "No Parking" sign.

MJ was doing what they call a "combat workout." Lots of intense aerobic exercise, as you might imagine, for long periods of time and with very little breaks.

At some point, about when she was ready to drop to the floor and die–hopefully, no one else would notice, MJ looked out the window and saw a "No Parking" sign. Funny, but it actually inspired to her to keep going. I made this Photoshop image as a reminder.
